"Azure Blue Villa" represents the pinnacle of luxury and privacy. This private residence was designed for a VIP client seeking a home that combines the serenity of the sea with the luxury of world-class resorts, featuring a minimalist design focused on purity.
Design: Inside and Outside as One
The core concept is blurring the lines between indoors and outdoors. We used massive sliding glass facades allowing the living room to open entirely onto the terrace and pool, making the sea part of the home decor.
Exclusive Features
- Infinity Pool: A pool extending to appear as if spilling into the sea, with heating and fiber optic night lighting.
- Materials: White exposed concrete to withstand sea humidity, with treated water-resistant teak wood flooring.
- Privacy: Outer walls and landscaping were designed to provide total seclusion from neighbors while maintaining open sea views.
Final Touch
The villa is equipped with a home cinema, wine cellar, and a private yacht dock, making it not just a home, but a complete entertainment destination.
